AAPI (Arkansas)

AAPI (Arkansas) is an organization of the Indian medical community at large in the Natural State. Since its inception in 2008, we have grown from about 25 members to about 150 members. This includes those in private practice, faculty in academics, residents, fellows, and medical students. We have physicians in almost all specialties in our organization.

Mission

Our mission is to bring all the Indian physicians in Arkansas together and utilize the collective resource for the betterment of the individual members and their families, the community that we serve, and our own home country.

AAPI USA

AAPI Arkansas is a Patron member of the AAPI USA in the South West central region. AAPI USA is a national organization representing 41,235 physicians, and 12,000 medical students, residents and fellows of Indian Origin in the US. It serves as an umbrella organization representing over 130 regional, alumni and specialty organizations. It is headquartered in Chicago, IL and has a 20 year long history. It is one of the premier ethnic medical association in the nation and the second largest medical association next to AMA.
