6 to 6.05 pm: National anthem – American and Indian (3 min)

6:06 to 6:11: Traditional welcome dance- 4 min

6:12 to 6:15 Mayor Frank Scott speech

6:16 to 6:26: Keynote address- Dr Makhija’s- 10 minutes

6:27-6:34 Dr. Padala will announce research awards(total 10) and Dr. Makhija will present

6:35 to 6:40 : Speech by the chief guest -Kay Chandler(surgeon general) (5 min)

6:41 to 6:45 Dr. Jagana will announce scholarships awards-high school students, Dr. Chandler will present

6:51 to 6:55: Dr. Muthu Kumaran will announce AAPI Charity awards Fire dept, Arkansas State police, child protective services, Suicide prevention center
Ashely Hudson(Arkansas state rep) will present

6:56 to 6:59 pm: Community awards( Dean webber will present community awards)

7 to 7:10: Fashion show

7:10 to 7:15 Dr. Gokarakonda, regional AAPI director and President mentor 5 minutes

7: 15 to 7:30 pm: President address- 15 min

7:30 to 7:32 BOT chair Dr Raghavan will present BOT address

7:34: 7:44: The incoming president will introduce his vision and team. – 10 min

7:45 : 7:50: Community dance -4 min

At about 8 pm, the event moves to dinner (Indian cuisine ) followed by dancing.
